Crest Alert is based in Bellemont, Arizona. We design and build stand-alone flood warning alarms that provide clear, local alerts when floodwater reaches a critical point.
Our systems are intentionally simple. They do not rely on apps, subscriptions, cellular service, or internet connectivity. Crest Alert alarms are built to function when conditions are at their worst, including power outages, storms, and overnight events.
Crest Alert was created to make early flood warning accessible, dependable, and affordable for people and communities located near rivers and flood-prone waterways.

If your alarm did its job, warned you of flooding, and was destroyed in the same flood event, please contact us for replacement options. Crest Alert will never ask for publicity, video testimonials, or reviews in the aftermath of a flood. Replacement support under this policy does not apply to government purchases.
Crest Alert's Story
Technology is getting more complicated every year. Everything has an app now. Dishwashers, refrigerators, lights, thermostats. Many products require accounts, software updates, and internet connections just to function.
But during an emergency, complexity is the last thing you want.
Crest Alert was built on a simple idea: safety equipment should be reliable, understandable, and independent of networks that may fail when you need them most.
Our systems do not require apps, accounts, or internet connections. They are designed to do one job: warn people when floodwater reaches a dangerous point.
The idea came after witnessing flooding firsthand in Pagosa Springs, Colorado along the San Juan River. When evacuation alerts were sent out that night, we didn’t even know an evacuation order had been issued because we had no cell service.
We later learned that many river monitoring systems rely on cloud services, apps, and complex technology. Those systems can be useful, but they are often expensive and depend on infrastructure that may not be available during severe weather.
Crest Alert takes a different approach.
